The books, courses, apps, and other products that we recommend are tried and tested by our team and found to be helpful.

Our focus is on services, that help in:

  • Developing character traits or new habits

We want to be accessible to anyone who may need services for mental well-being, and for that reason conduct our business completely online and worldwide. Our office is located in Finland, but everything is operated through our website.

How do I combine spirituality with the challenges of modern day life?

How do I convey my ideas to people in a way that is relevant and makes sense?

These are the questions I set out to find answers to, when I first contemplated about starting a blog about happiness. I had nothing more than an idea for the name of the blog and the strong, ever present feeling that it was my purpose in life to help people.

About the Author

I thought I had it all figured out. I had studied hard to get a good job and it seemed like I had achieved my goals. I had a job with a good salary, friends, parties, travel… everything I had ever dreamed of. My course was pretty much set for the rest of my life.

But after almost ten years at my job a realization suddenly hit me one day:

I wasn’t happy!

I wasn’t feeling happy and no matter how hard I tried, I could not come up with reasons why I should not be happy.

That was the starting point of my journey to happiness.

    We often forget how many things in life we have to be grateful for. Having some form of gratefulness practice in your life will help you develop a positive mindset and a positive outlook on life.

    Being consistent with the practice can even help you consciously choose your thoughts!

    Journaling even once or twice a week can go a long way in developing this practice.
